About Mouna Saquaque
“Mouna SAQUAQUE has always lived with the echo of existential questions: Who am I? Why am I here for? Where am I? Where do I come from? What am I supposed to do? Am I doing things right? Where do I come from? Where am I going? Is there a purpose to existence? But most importantly why do I believe Happiness is my birthright?
When she finally embarked in answering those questions, she started sharing her understandings by translating them in writings and meditations on life from a Human perspective.
She used to believe, and now know, that the most important experiences to install in one’s life are Happiness and Peace of mind.
Finding the balance between making things happen and letting things happen. A game of cooperation between life unfoldment and Human’s expressions of existence, where self-knowledge is key.”
